A Social & Environmental Purpose

Card making and papercrafts are enjoyed by crafters the world over, but many of theprinted craft papers and card kits you can buy involve heavy industrial manufacturing, printing, packaging, distribution etc. These are also limited to one-time use, for something that might well be thrown away!

We hope to make papercrafting a little more eco-friendly whilst also helping our Customers with cost-effective supplies and a place to socialise. We also help other charities and good causes through Customers being able to sell what they make to raise funds.

Our main aim right from the start was to have an eco-conscious approach to papercrafts by promoting re-usable, cost-effective 'digital' craft supplies
We use home-based digital designers, earning income in their spare time
We work with and donate profits to charity, and hope to extend this in the future
We offer a free, private community for socialising and offline activities, helping those who might be housebound, in rural locations, wanting to find crafty friends etc.
Our Customers get great deals on downloads so that they can enjoy instant creativity regardless of how much they can afford - why should ability to pay stop you from doing something enjoyable and productive?
We encourage our Customers to use our downloads for making and selling to raise money for charities, schools and good causes.

All of this means we meet the requirements of Social Enterprise UK's membership scheme, including reinvesting or giving away at least half our profits towards our social purpose.
